Fluffy Cocoa Frosting

Fluffy Cocoa Frosting

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, room temperature
1/4 c. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 t. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar

In small mixing bowl, mix well:

Add and mix well:
powdered sugar

Beat all well until mixed and "fluffy".

This is not a dark chocolate frosting. If you want more chocolate, add a tad more butter and double the cocoa. Couldn't be easier and tastes really good. Enjoy.
