Creamy Buttermilk Dressing

1 cup reduced-fat mayo
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup 1% buttermilk
2 green onion stalks
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Place all in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
